In the “village of cycling”, where all streets are named after famous racers, you can find the Historical Bicycle Museum. All bikes on exhibition have a history going back many years.

A bicycle does not need much space. A parking lot for a car has room for eighteen bikes, whereas the total space you need to put a car on a parking lot is large enough for thirty bikes. To take forty thousand people across a bridge in one hour, you need twelve lanes if you would use cars but only two lanes if all forty thousand people would use a bike.
